Sessions are allocated to your account based on the agreed contract information. These sessions are used as visitors see or view any of your tests/experiments.
A session is classed from when a user enters the site up to the point they leave. We expect the user will continuously engage with the site however after 30 minutes of inactivity we will count the session as concluded. Sessions are counted on both live and staging tests/experiments.
The dashboard will show you what proportion of the allocation you have used:
Used since - this is the date the allocation began on
Renews - this is the date the allocation renews
Total session allocation - this is the total volume of sessions allocated to the account
