Conversion events can be easily managed from within the main Optimize menu.

Select .”Add Conversion Event, then highlight the conversion event you want to edit or delete. Selecting the “Edit” or “Delete” icon.

When you select “Edit” you will then be able to modify your conversion events in exactly the same way as you did in the first instance.
