We are now seeing some users accessing the new BETA UI and using this daily instead of the current UI. This document will be updated to include FAQ's and also assistance with any problems we see coming through as part of the new changes.

I'm experiencing an issue what do I do?

The problem is not stopping me doing something:

The first thing to do is raise a ticket to our service desk and we will respond with feedback/assistance.

The problem is stopping me doing something:

Ideally we still want to know about the issue so raising a ticket is the first step.

As an instant workaround you can follow the below steps.

Your current user is assigned 'BETA' access so we need to create a new user which will not have the BETA applied. Once we receive the service desk ticket we will remove the BETA access from your current user and you can then delete the new user you will create to work round the issue you are having.

Access the users screen:

Click to add a new user:
โ€‹

We suggest using a personal email address so you can get instant access (don't worry we will delete this later). You will then have instant access to the original UI and will have a resolution to your issue.
