If you have used the visual editor <a href="https://docs.webtrends-optimize.com/en/articles/9968530-surveys-logic-and-conditions">survey builder</a> in your experience, the report will show a dedicated "Survey Report" tab out of the box.

Once the survey has been submitted at least once, the answers to the questions will be displayed in charts:

Answers to rating-type questions will be displayed in a vertical bar chart.

Answers to checkbox-type questions will be displayed in a horizontal bar chart.

Answers to true/false and selecting from a dropdown-type questions will be displayed in a pie chart.

*<i>Please note that the Survey Report tab is not currently available for experiences in Staging status.</i>

Other types of questions are not displayed in the report, and these answers can be extracted from the csv data extract download.
